Hall’s High Speed Development has now expanded it’s training services to Fort Worth, Texas! Coach Joseph Carter is the head of the HHSD development program in Texas. Carter runs his own training camp that is in ties within HHSD, Carter Athletics, which was started by his father William Joe Carter. William Joe Carter was born on July 23, 1909 and passed away on December 22, 1991. He played for 11 seasons in the National Football League, from 1933 to 1940 for the Philadelphia Eagles, in 1942 for the Green Bay Packers, 1944 for the Brooklyn Tigers, and 1945 for the Chicago Bears. His son Joseph Carter followed in his footsteps playing football for the Grambling State University tigers along with several arena league teams afterwards. Coach Carter also has a long background in both basketball and martial arts. Coach Carter currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas and is the strength and conditioning coach for Dunbar High school. Coach Carter loves training individuals whether they just are trying to get in shape or if they are trying to become a professional in their sport. From the youth all the way to top of the line athletes Coach Carter is willing to train all ages and skill levels.
