Cycle through Professional sprinter Anthony Hall III demonstrates how to do a cycle through.
The cycle through is done uphill to add resistance and makes the athlete have a stronger stride. These drills can and should be done before any incline work!

1. Make sure shine angles are parallel to the ground
2. Make sure to swing knees forward and not up
